Covid-19 Cancellation Policy

Reassurance for you.

We appreciate booking a holiday during the current climate is not an easy task so that's why we have reviewed our cancellation policy to give you complete peace of mind. 

Covering all bookings from the 10th July 2020* 

Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival full charges will apply. 

However should your cancellation be as a result of Covid-19 or any government restrictions your booking can be cancelled free of charge. 

The cancellations linked to Covid-19 include: 

  • Being requested to self isolate (proof required) 

  • Displaying symptoms 

  • Restrictions in travel 

  • Hotel closure
