We have two restaurants within our hotel, our AA Rosette award-winning Arlington Restaurant, and our Colour’s Bar & Bistro as well as our Terrace Lounge. Meals are served in the bar and lounge between 6-9pm and food is served in the Arlington restaurant between 12 - 2pm and 6.30-9pm.
The hotel has parking at the front of the hotel and a larger car park at the rear of the hotel. To access the rear car park, the barrier will open automatically but on departure you will need a token from reception.

While we cannot allow pets in the main hotel, except for assistance guide dogs, our Rivercourt building is suitable for guest bringing dogs. This building is attached to the main hotel but has a separate entrance. Dogs are charged at £10 per dog, per night.
Breakfast is served from 7:30am - 9am midweek and 7:30am - 10am on weekends.
Our Arlington Restaurant is open from 6:30 - 9pm and our Colours Bar & Bistro is open from 6 - 9pm.
We don’t have leisure facilities on-site, however, guests enjoy free use of our sister hotel’s swimming pool, fitness suite and sauna at The Barnstaple Hotel.

The dress code of the Arlington Restaurant is smart casual, we ask for no shorts, ripped denim, trainers or sportswear. Our Colours Bar & Bistro has no dress code.
The Imperial Hotel offers local attraction discounts for all guests including Dartington Crystal which is all undercover. Barnstaple town offers plenty of shops of which plenty are located in Green Lanes Shopping center, Barnstaple also has a Pannier Market most days with different stalls throughout the week.
