The Colours Bar is the perfect place to relax before or after dinner to enjoy a cocktail or one of our many liqueurs.
The bar itself is themed around Britain's rich military history with memorabilia including bugles, medals & paintings depicting scenes from many historical battles. To tie in with this theme, there is a military inspired cocktail menu featuring our own creations dedicated to those who led Britain in key battles over time.
Relax & Enjoy
Adjoined to the bar is our informal Colours Bar Bistro which is just right for a light meal or a relaxed candlelit dinner. There is a cosy atmosphere and you can really unwind as you enjoy your choice from the tempting menu. The Colours Bar Bistro specialises in light dishes and hearty mains with a contemporary twist.
The Colours Bar itself is one of the highlights of the Imperial Hotel, newly refurbished to create a luxury country house atmosphere. With rich colours, deep armchairs and subtle lighting, the Colours Bar is the perfect place to enjoy pre-dinner drinks or a nightcap.
